Some Things Are Better Experienced Than Explained
This week feels a little different.
Not because the work has slowed — but because it’s about to become visible.
For months, I’ve been building something — sharing it in words, but waiting for the right moment to show it.
Not as a product launch.
Not as a pitch.
But as an invitation.
Sim | Rx® was never meant to live on a slide deck or inside a policy manual.
It was designed to be touched. Practiced. Felt.
Because readiness isn’t something you declare once.
It’s something you maintain — together, over time.
As I prepare to be at IMSH this week, I’ve been reflecting on how often we try to explain readiness instead of designing for it. How often we ask people to “stay competent” without giving them space to practice, reflect, or reconnect with the skill.
Some things don’t land through words alone.
They land through experience.
Through hands on tools.
Through shared moments of practice.
Through environments that say, “You’re supported here.”
That’s what Sim | Rx® exists to create.
This week, I’ll be sharing pieces of that story — not all at once, and not all online. Some of it belongs in conversation. Some of it belongs in presence.
If you’re at IMSH, I’d love to connect.
If you’re not, we’ll pick the thread back up soon.
For now, thank you for being part of this journey — and for staying curious.
